This website is operated by Which Independent Schools Ltd, trading as Which British School ("WBS"), 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, company number 09287591.

Information on this site

We take care to keep course details accurate, and we check dates and fees against the organisers' official pages. Organisers can change their programmes, so the organiser's confirmation is always final. Pages marked as showing an earlier year's details are for guidance only.

How we are paid

Using British Summer Schools is free for families. We are paid by schools and course organisers, not by you, in two ways:

• Referral fees. When a family books a course through us, the school or organiser may pay WBS a fee, usually a percentage of the course fee. You pay the organiser's published price; our fee is not added to it.
• Sponsored listings. Some schools and courses pay to appear higher in lists or in featured positions. These are always labelled "Sponsored".

Whether or not a school or organiser pays us does not change the information we show about its courses, and we will tell you on request whether we receive a fee for any course we suggest.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site, attempt to access it without permission, or copy its content for commercial use without our agreement. Photographs are used with permission of the schools and organisers and may not be reused.

Liability

We are not responsible for courses run by third-party organisers, except where the law says we are. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
